WEB ANALYSIS WITH GOOGLE
We use Google Inc.'s web analysis service to help us understand how you use our website. Mandatory Provision of Personal Data: not providing personal data will mean that you will not be able to reach us, and we will not be able to address you or respond to you.  

Data retention: For as long as necessary to fulfill the request by you unless required to retained longer by applicable laws.

C. Interacting with us on our social media page(s)

If you leave a comment on our social media page(s), tag us in your social media posts, react to our content, or reaching out to us via the chat function in your social media page(s), we will see your social media information. Unless we have to respond to you, we will not process information you provide in your interaction with us further than just seeing them. At most, we will only ‘react’ to your comments on our page.

D. Recommending our website to others

If you wish to recommend us to others, you can do so by using the recommendation function on our Website. In this case, we will process the following personal information:

• Your recipient’s email address
• Your message to the recipient

Mandatory Provision of Personal Data: we are unable to provide this service to you if you do not provide personal information to us.  

Data retention: We delete the personal data involved with this (e.g. name and email address) after the recommendation is sent.

We use third-party services and content on our website. When you interact with these services or view their content, data is exchanged between you and the provider for technical reasons.

These providers may also use your personal data for their own purposes. We have set up these services to limit communication to only what is necessary for displaying their content or services on our site, or to allow communication only if you choose to use their service. II. INFORMATION ON SIDE EFFECTS AND QUALITY COMPLAINTS (PHARMACOVIGILANCE)

This Website is not intended or designed for communications regarding side effects, lack of therapeutic effect, medication errors, grey market products/counterfeit medicine, incorrect or off-label use, quality complaints and/or other issues regarding the safeness or quality of Bayer products.

If you wish to report side effects or make a quality complaint, please contact your healthcare professional (e.g. physician or pharmacist), your local health authority, or use our Website for the report of undesirable side effects.

If you nevertheless report to us undesirable side effects or other issues regarding the safeness or quality of Bayer products, we will be legally bound to deal with your communication and may have to contact you for clarification purposes. Subsequently, we may have to notify the competent health authorities of the issues reported by you. In this context, your information will be forwarded in pseudonymized form, i.e. no information by which you may be directly identified will be passed on. We may also have to forward these pseudonymized notifications to our group companies and cooperation partners, to the extent these are likewise obliged to notify their respectively competent health authorities.

III. HOW DO WE PROTECT CHILDREN’S PERSONAL DATA?

We do not often process children’s personal information. In rare circumstances, we may process children's personal information during our social or community outreach activities which we will always seek necessary consent from the child’s legal guardian.

If you are aware that a child has provided us with their personal data and we have unknowingly processed it, contact us using the contact details below. We will take steps to immediately delete such children personal data

IV. WHO MAY RECEIVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

With whom we may share your personal data depends on the nature of your business with us. We only share your personal data to those who have a business need for it. Some of those parties include:

• Commissioned data processors: when necessary, we engage with professional service data processors to process your personal data on our behalf. They are bound by contract with us to protect your personal data.

V. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN CASE WE TRANSFER IT OVERSEAS?

Bayer is a multinational organization comprised of multiple legal entities, affiliates, subsidiaries around the world. In the course of our business, we may transfer your personal data to countries that may not be regarded as providing the same level of protection for personal data as the jurisdiction you are based in.
